Filtered Delete - delete files in a directory based on a filter

fdel allows you to only delete files in a directory based on a filter. fdel implements two common filters plus a filter based on a regular expression. The two common filters are all files older than the newest X files, and all files older than X days. Verbosity can be turned on (Default is off) and fdel can be placed in simulation mode to test it out without affecting the file system.
