Old Add Bookmark Behavior

This extension makes "Bookmark This Page", "Bookmark This Tab" and "Bookmark All Tabs.." behavior equal with Firefox2. In Firefox3, the page that there is already to bookmark is not added to bookmark newly (It is possible to duplicate url by D&D/Cut&Paste/Import html file).And in the "Bookmark All Tabs.." command, the TAB having same url is not bookmarked.And "Bookmark All Tabs.." command stores only one page when there is the same page to plural tabs. This extension revert these to behavior of Firefox2. You can change these behavior by an option. [This extension workaround for following bugs.]1.Bug 450437
